  • Printed circuit board design – state-of-the-art workstations enabling quick manual design, and automatic design as necessary

  • Simulator software for preliminary calculation of conductor characteristics for compliance with control impedance requirements

the work process is carried out in full coordination with the project engineers and managers, and includes the following stages:
  • Receiving SOW, electrical blueprint, and mechanics files
  • Building a library of components
  • Positioning the components and receiving approval for set-up
  • Wiring conductors in accordance with the requirements of the SOW
  • Automatic tests before release of the board – ICT, Back-annotate
  • Quality control and additional control on completion of the board by a senior designer and qualified QC inspector
  • Preparing production files, assembly of DXF and PDF, and final CAD file for the circuit
  • Accompaniment of the entire production process
